- 24/7 automated call answering
- Appointment scheduling and management
- Google Calendar integration
- Call routing and transfer capabilities
- Email notifications
- Call logs and analytics
2. Account Terms
To use our service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old and able to form legally binding contracts
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
3. Payment Terms
Our service is billed on a subscription basis:
- Monthly subscription fee: $300/month
- One-time setup fee: $300 (charged at signup)
- Payments are processed through Stripe
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- No refunds for partial months of service
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VoiceAgent AI from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. All provisions that should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
